quality is in our name

With over a combined 50 years of experience in the waste hauling industry, we have one mission in mind - prioritizing customer satisfaction above all else.

about quality waste

your trusted waste & sanitation provider in East Tennessee

Quality Waste was founded in 2012 by the late Arnold Bunch and David Shipley. The business started with the acquisition of one roll-off truck. In early 2018, Patrick and Frank McGuffin took a partnership interest in the company. The partners were all local businessmen before teaming up.

They have cultivated many business relationships throughout the years and have garnered trust in the waste hauling industry. The benefit of local ownership allows customers to speak directly with someone who can react and respond quicker and offer a more proactive approach to customer needs.

Quality Waste is entrenched in the Lakeway Area community and supports numerous organizations.

“As a locally owned company, we take pride in serving our community with reliable service and genuine care. Our goal is simple — to make waste and site solutions easy, dependable, and handled with the same respect we’d give our own neighbors.”
